-------------------------------------------------------------
There are 2 film strip files here: an interpolation file
and a computed file of 24 frames (icons only). These
files are meant to be viewed from within CHANCE'S ART.
However, you can get a fixed speed motion preview by
running the "animate" command script from a shell window
or by double clicking on file's icon in a WorkSpace
directory view window.
The contents are:
----------------
A_animate
This is a command script to display the files of the
form "EQN19D.a24.fs.frame*.icon" as a "rock & roll"
movie clip. Played this way, via the movie command and
without the Playback mechanisms of CHANCE'S ART, this
clip or flip-book is rather small and has no frame
rate control.
EQN19D.i.fs
This is a 3 frame Film Strip with an interpolation
frame set to create 22 in-between frames.
EQN19D.a24.fs
This is the 24 frame Film Strip created by the
"Expand Interpolations ... " command.
Use the "Playback ..." command from the Animation
Pull Down Menu to view the animation sequence
in icon sizes or with pixel magnified icons
using 2x2 or 4x4 pixel blowups of the icons.
Playback of full screen images is difficult
to achieve at reasonable frame rates. It also
would require enormous disk resources; hence
CHANCE'S ART uses the icons for a flip book
preview of the motion and assumes the expanded
frames will be put out to video or film.
